Learning to sing may seem like it comes naturally to people, but it is actually years and years of practice that turns an untrained voice into a thing of beauty. Young people who sing well do so not only because they were born with the ability to do so, but because they practice it all the time. They sing in the shower, in their car, at church, at school, while walking down the street – every chance they get. Every time they sing a note, they are practicing their instrument. They learn to sing confidently through constant practice.
